Dear Homeschooling Parent,
If you're reading this, you probably know the weight of the 2am thoughts. The worry that you're not doing enough. The scattered notes and photos that never quite become the portfolio you promised yourself you'd keep. The registration renewal approaching on the calendar.
We started Learn Keeper because we've been there. Homeschooling is already a full-time labour of love—nobody should have to become a paperwork expert on top of everything else.
Our promise to you: We're not another tech company trying to “disrupt” education. We're building tools that respect your expertise as your child's primary educator. Tools that handle the administrative burden so you can focus on what matters: your child's learning journey.
During this beta period, we're working closely with a small group of NSW families. Your feedback will directly shape what we build. What's confusing? What saves you time? What still feels like a struggle? We want to know it all.
This is uncharted territory for all of us. There will be rough edges, missing features, and things that don't work quite right yet. But there will also be moments where technology genuinely helps, where documentation becomes less burdensome, where you feel more confident in the records you're keeping.

Common questions
Is the beta really free?
Yes. Beta participants get full access to all features at no cost. When we introduce paid plans, beta families will receive special pricing as a thank you for helping us build.
What if I’m not tech-savvy?
That’s exactly who we’re building for. If something is confusing, we want to know so we can fix it. We offer patient, personal support—no tech jargon, no judgment.
How long does the beta last?
We expect the beta to continue through 2026 as we refine features based on your feedback. There’s no obligation to continue if it doesn’t work for your family.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your child’s information is encrypted and never shared. You can export or delete your data at any time. We’re parents too—we take this seriously.
